6- mempelajari cara-cara menguruskan dokumen dengan betul.
7- mempelajari dokumen yang diperlukan dalam process pembelian rumah.
8- mengetahui progress loan.
9- mengetahui process pembayaran (booking fee, lawyer fee etc)
10 - mengetahui apa itu MRTA vs MLTA
11- mengetahui cara membuat bank draft (1st time buat)
12 - mengetahui betapa susahnya menunggu sesuatu process itu siap.
